With a comprehensive educational background, Justin holds an MBA, a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in social science. His extensive repertoire also includes numerous advanced diplomas, diplomas, and certificates across various disciplines such as Management, Community Services, Youth Work, Business, training and assessment, and work health and safety.

Having spent over 25 years in the community service sector, Justin has dedicated his career to addressing the diverse needs of disadvantaged youth, addiction, mental health, rehabilitation programs, and aboriginal services. This experience has not only honed his professional acumen but also instilled in him a profound understanding of the intricate challenges within these domains.

Justin's journey led him to assume the role of CEO for a prominent non-profit organization, subsequently contributing his skills and expertise to some of Australia's largest and most renowned community service and mental health organizations.

Driven by his passion for facilitating positive change, Justin has now taken the helm as the Director of the Care Krew, a community services organization dedicated to revolutionizing the sector. Justin's decision to embark on this venture is rooted in his commitment to doing things better, synthesizing the best practices from various programs he has encountered over the years, and creating something truly special.

As a therapist, life coach, and motivational speaker, Justin has a commendable track record of successfully assisting individuals navigating challenging life circumstances, providing support to those who feel stuck, broken, and discouraged.
